CCPA Notice: Do Not Sell or Share My Information

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Your rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

What we collect

When you request guidance we collect identifiers (name, email address, and a phone number if you provide one), your state, the topic you asked about and your question, your consent records, and standard server log data as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect it directly from you and from your browser.

Do Not Sell or Share

Lanewise Auto does not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA, and does not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The information you submit stays with Lanewise Auto and its service providers and is used only to provide the guidance you request, to operate Lanewise Auto Alerts if you opt in, and to run the Site, as described in our Privacy Policy. MetricLink Labs LLC does not use it for, or make it available to, any other brand, website, or business it operates.

How to exercise your rights

Email contact@lanewiseauto.com with "CCPA Request" in the subject line, or call (888) 905-2130. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof of authorization. We respond within the time the law allows, usually 45 days.
